Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Platform: the Moshaar services, applications, APIs and everything connected to them.
• Workspace: the environment dedicated to your organisation, with its members and data.
• Owner: the account that created the workspace and holds its highest permissions.
• Member: any user the owner adds to the workspace with a defined role and permissions.
• Your content: the text, files, conversations and customer data you or your members put in.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least eighteen and legally able to enter into a contract. The platform is built for professional use inside organisations and is not directed at children. You may not use it if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Account and workspace

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• The workspace owner sets roles and permissions, may add and remove members, and may access workspace content in line with those permissions.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Subscription, payment and renewal

• The platform is offered in plans whose price and term are shown at purchase, and which may include a trial.
• Fees are payable in advance for the subscription term, plus VAT and any applicable statutory charges.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for an equal term unless you cancel renewal before the current term ends.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not create a refund for a term already running, unless applicable law says otherwise.
• We may change prices in future; a change applies to the following term after we notify you.

5. Acceptable use

While using the platform you may not:

• Break applicable law or third-party rights, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
• Send unsolicited messages, or use connected messaging channels in breach of their providers' terms.
• Attempt to breach or disrupt the platform, exceed usage limits, or reach data you are not permitted to see.
• Resell the platform or make it available to others without a written agreement with us.
• Use automated tools to extract platform data beyond our published APIs.

6. Your content and who owns it

• Your content is yours. We claim no ownership of what you put in your workspace.
• You grant us a limited licence to process it only as far as running, securing and supporting the service requires.
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and for holding the consents needed for your customers' and staff's data.
• You can export your data while the subscription is active; after termination it is handled as the Privacy Policy sets out.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, designs and trademarks — including the Moshaar name and logo — belong to Wasal Arabia. Using the platform grants you no right in them beyond the right to use it under these terms for as long as your subscription runs.

8. Third-party services and integrations

The platform can connect external services such as messaging channels, marketplaces and payment gateways. Those services are run by their providers and governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their downtime, their policy changes, or the consequences of either. Connecting one confirms your acceptance of that provider's terms.

9. Availability, support and maintenance

We aim to keep the platform available around the clock, and we run periodic maintenance that may require brief downtime, announced in advance wherever possible. We may add, change or retire features; where a retirement is material we will give you reasonable notice first.

10. Suspension and termination

• You may end your subscription at any time from workspace settings or by writing to us.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, unpaid fees, or use that harms the platform or its users — after notice and a chance to fix it where that is possible.
• On termination your access stops, and your data is handled according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that it fits a particular purpose we have not agreed in writing. AI output inside the platform is an assistive tool to be reviewed before any decision relies on it, and is not legal or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability will not exceed what you actually paid in the twelve months before the event.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and damages arising from your breach of these terms, from your content, or from your use of the platform in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the platform after an update takes effect means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will try to settle any dispute amicably; if that is not possible within thirty days, the competent courts of the Kingdom will have jurisdiction.
