Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wasal Arabia ("we", "us", or "the Company"), operator of the Moshaar platform at moshaar.com and its applications, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you use our services. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, workspace name, and role.
- Usage data: activity logs, and the tasks, conversations, and documents you create in the platform.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, and session identifiers, for security and performance.
- Connected-channel data: when you connect external messaging channels (e.g. WhatsApp Business, email, Telegram), we process the messages and contact data needed to operate the conversation inside the platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide the service, operate platform features, and manage your account.
- Enable messaging across connected channels and route messages to your workspace.
- Improve the platform, analyze performance, ensure security, and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and operational notices.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Integrations & External Channels
The platform integrates with third-party providers to power certain features, including Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business Platform. When you connect an official WhatsApp channel, messages and phone-number identifiers are processed through Meta in accordance with Meta's terms and policies, in addition to this policy. We process only the data needed to deliver conversations to your workspace, and we do not sell your data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with: infrastructure providers and data processors acting on our behalf under confidentiality agreements; competent authorities where legally required; and the channel providers you choose to connect (such as Meta/WhatsApp) for the purpose of operating that channel.
International transfers: some service providers may process data on servers outside your country of residence; where that happens we apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. Legal basis for processing: performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with applicable laws (including Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law).
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-workspace data isolation. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run sessions, analyze usage, and improve the experience. You can control them from your browser settings.
9. Children's Privacy
The platform is intended for professional use and does not target children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
