A board that works

Drag the card yourself:
the board changes, and the task with it.

Drag any card to another column — or press Next. The In progress column has a work limit: cross it and the board tells you to finish what you started before starting something new. Filter by assignee to see only their work.

The task model

Everything a task needs
on one orderly page.

The platform's own fields: title, description, priority, workflow, status, supervisor, assignees, parent task and dates, then checklists and attachments — and every change is written to the log.

How to get more out of it

Four habits that make the board work for you.

Start it from the conversation

Do not open a form: type # and the task title in the group, and it is created with its owner and date, still linked to the message it came from.

Keep the items small

An item you can finish in one sitting keeps progress honest: 3/4 really means three quarters of the work, not three big headings.

Respect the work limit

A full column is a signal, not decoration: finish what you started before dragging in a new card, and delivery time drops without anyone giving orders.

Ask the assistant before the meeting

What is left? What is the risk? It answers from inside the task, and turns what you agreed into items with one click.

Put Tasks to work

Try it with your team and judge after the first hour.
