The document's path

From quote to invoice to payment,
in one document, not three files.

Press any stage to see the document in it: draft, then sent and awaiting the client, then accepted, then an invoice with the same lines and figures, then a payment lands and the status changes on its own. Discount, VAT and balance are computed from the line items — not a single figure typed by hand.

Three differences

Accounting in a separate program
knows the amount but not the project.

When money lives outside the workplace, manual reconciliation begins: who paid? against which project? and where is the quote they approved? Here the answer is in the document itself.

A quote becomes an invoice with no retyping

Lines, quantities, discount and VAT carry across unchanged, and the quote number stays tied to its invoice. You never enter figures twice, and no two documents for the same client disagree.

And from the invoice itself you record the payment into your cash or bank account.
An invoice knows its own status

Unpaid, partly paid, paid, or past its due date. The status follows the payments and the due date — never typed by hand, never reviewed in a side spreadsheet.

So in a second you know who is late and how much each client still owes you.
Every riyal tied to its client and its project

The document is created from inside the project, so it carries its client and its project. Open the client record and you see their quotes, invoices and payments; open the project and you see what came in and what went out.

No manual reconciliation between an accounting program and a list of projects.
Tips

Four habits that get you paid faster.

Create the quote from inside the project

One second makes the document carry its client and project, so its figures show up later in the client record and the project page with no end-of-month assembly.

Email it from the platform, not as an attachment from your laptop

Sending from here stamps the time on the document: you know when the quote landed and when the client replied — no I sent it to you last week without proof.

Record the payment into its account the moment it arrives

A payment in its cash or bank account keeps the invoice status honest, and saves you a statement to comb through at month end to work out who paid.

Watch what is overdue, not the total

The number that matters is not what you invoiced but what has not arrived past its due date. The status is computed here, so you open the overdue list and chase it before it piles up.
