Projects and clients

Create a project and link it to its client

A project in Moshaar is the umbrella that holds the tasks, the conversation, the documents and the invoices of one piece of work. When the client asks where things stand, the answer is on one screen.

Steps

  1. From the Projects module, create a project and give it a name your team will still understand six months from now.
  2. Link it to the client it belongs to, so everything it produces shows up in their record automatically.
  3. Set the start date, the expected delivery and the team working on it.
  4. Add the first tasks, or move in the tasks that were born in chat before the project existed.
  5. Follow progress from the project page itself: what is open, what is late, what was delivered.
